1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Paulo Bay Wellness website and all services provided, including holistic treatments, intuitive tarot readings, and bespoke candle commissions for business clients. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Paulo Bay Wellness no longer sells candles or wax melts directly to the public. Any candle‑related services are limited to bespoke or business‑to‑business commissions only.

2. Holistic Treatments & Appointments

2.1 Booking

Appointments for Reiki, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Reflexology can be booked online via the electronic diary. Availability varies between locations (Newton‑le‑Willows and The Retreat @23, Knutsford).

2.2 Health & Suitability

Holistic treatments are complementary therapies and do not replace medical care. Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Paulo Bay Wellness reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
  • Missed appointments are non‑refundable.
  • If Paulo Bay Wellness must cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered the next available appointment.

3. Intuitive Tarot Readings

Tarot readings are offered for personal insight and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

4. Bespoke Candle Commissions (Business Clients Only)

Paulo Bay Wellness no longer sells candles to the general public. Bespoke candle creation is available only for:

  • salons
  • spas
  • small businesses
  • commissioned projects

4.1 Orders & Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on quantity and materials. A quote will be provided before work begins.

4.2 Payment

A deposit may be required for bespoke orders. Full payment terms will be outlined in the invoice.

4.3 Returns & Refunds

As bespoke items are made to order, they are non‑refundable unless faulty.

5. Website Use

5.1 Content

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and product descriptions—is the property of Paulo Bay Wellness and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5.2 Accuracy

Information on this website is provided in good faith. Paulo Bay Wellness reserves the right to update or amend content at any time.

6. Payments

Payments for treatments or tarot sessions must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed in GBP and may be updated periodically.

  • decisions made based on tarot readings
  • reactions to treatments where health information was not disclosed
  • delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be legally excluded.
