Holistic treatment appointments are now available in two locations:
Newton-le-Willows (throughout the week in my garden studio) or Knutsford at The Retreat@23 (one day a month only).

Holistic treatments include Reiki, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Reflexology and are crafted to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and support deep energetic wellbeing. I also create beautiful handmade soy wax candles for all occasions, bringing the same sense of intention, care, and tranquillity into your home.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands‑off energy treatment that encourages deep relaxation and emotional balance. It helps calm the mind, ease stress, and restore a sense of inner harmony.

Reflexology

Reflexology uses precise pressure on points of the feet that correspond to different areas of the body. It supports circulation, releases tension, and promotes overall wellbeing.

Hot Stone Reflexology

Hot stone reflexology combines traditional footwork with the soothing warmth of heated stones. The heat softens tension quickly, allowing deeper relaxation and a more luxurious, restorative experience.

Intuitive Tarot Reading

Intuitive tarot reading is the art of letting the cards speak through feeling, symbolism, and inner knowing. Monthly sessions are available to book directly through my diary.
