We work to a 10-15 working day turnaround, from order to delivery.

Our standard shipping rate is £4.50 for any order under £30. For orders over £30, your will receive FREE Shipping at checkout.

Delivery timescales

After you have placed your order with us, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

We aim to have your order with you as soon as we can, but as we are a small business so please bear with us. Please don’t email us to enquire about where your order is unless it has been longer than this and you haven’t heard from us.

You’ll receive another email when your order has completed – this means that it has been packed and it will be dispatched by 5pm that day. It will then usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

Packing materials

We pack our parcels with a variety of different materials, including recycled cardboard. All our candles are packed with care.
