Gently unwrap your candle refill and place it into your jar, ensuring the refill is the correct size for your Paulo Bay candle.

Before lighting, trim the wick to 0.5 cm to encourage a clean, even burn.

Light your candle and allow it to burn for at least 2 hours, and no longer than 4 hours, until the entire surface of the wax has fully melted. This first burn allows the wax to settle beautifully into the jar and ensures a smooth, even burn every time.
